Made-to-Order Policy & FAQ

BBK CREATION specializes in made-to-order and hand-finished products created after your order is placed.

Production Time

Please allow 10–15 business days for production before shipping. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Shipping transit time is separate from production time.

Review Your Order Carefully

Please review sizing, spelling, names, dates, colors, personalization, and all other selections before submitting your order. Because production may begin shortly after purchase, changes may not be possible once production has started.

Handmade Details

Many products are hand-finished. Minor variations in rhinestone placement, embellishment, print positioning, or other handmade details make each piece unique and are not considered defects.

Changes & Cancellations

If you need to request a change or cancellation, email shop@bbkcreation.com as soon as possible. Changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed after production begins.

Returns & Order Issues

Made-to-order and custom items are final sale unless the item is damaged, defective, incorrect due to a BBK CREATION error, or otherwise required by law. Report an issue within 3 business days of delivery by emailing shop@bbkcreation.com with your order number and clear photos.

Care Instructions

For apparel, turn the garment inside out, wash in cold water on a gentle cycle, do not use bleach, and air dry when possible. Do not iron directly over prints, rhinestones, or embellishments. Handle embellished items with care.

Frequently Asked Questions

When will my order ship?

Made-to-order products generally require 7–10 business days for production before shipping. Carrier transit time begins after the order ships.

Can I rush my order?

Rush service is not guaranteed. Contact shop@bbkcreation.com before ordering so we can let you know whether your requested timeline can be accommodated.

Can I change my size or order details?

Email us as soon as possible. If production has not begun, we may be able to make the change. Once production begins, changes cannot be guaranteed.

Can I return a made-to-order item?

Made-to-order and custom items are final sale except for damaged, defective, incorrect items caused by BBK CREATION error, or where applicable law requires otherwise.

Will every rhinestone or handmade item look exactly the same?

Hand-finished products may have minor variations in placement or finish. These variations are part of the handmade nature of the product and do not normally constitute a defect.
