MADE-TO-ORDER POLICY

At Bling Beauty & Kouture (BBK CREATION), our made-to-order pieces are created especially for you. Many items feature rhinestones, specialty designs, DTF prints, embellishments, and other hand-finished details.

Made-to-order items require approximately 7–10 business days for production before shipping. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Production time and shipping transit time are separate.

SIZING & ORDER SELECTIONS

Please carefully review your size, color, and other available selections before completing your purchase. Because your item is created specifically for your order, changes may not be possible once production begins.

HANDMADE & CUSTOM DETAILS

Our bling and embellished products are individually created and hand-finished. Slight variations in rhinestone placement, embellishments, or other handmade details may occur.

These variations are part of what makes each Bling Beauty & Kouture creation unique and are not considered defects.

CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Contact shop@bbkcreation.com as soon as possible to request a change or cancellation. Once production has started, we may not be able to change or cancel the order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Made-to-order items are final sale unless the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect due to an error on our part, or a return or refund is otherwise required by applicable law.

Order problems must be reported to shop@bbkcreation.com within 3 business days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs showing the issue.

CARE FOR BLING & EMBELLISHED ITEMS

• Turn garments inside out before washing.
• Wash in cold water on a gentle cycle.
• Avoid bleach and harsh detergents.
• Air drying is recommended.
• Do not iron directly over rhinestones, DTF designs, or embellishments.
• Handle embellished areas with care.

When will my order ship?
Made-to-order items require approximately 7–10 business days for production before shipping. Shipping transit time begins after production is complete.

Can I rush my order?
Rush production is not guaranteed. Contact shop@bbkcreation.com before ordering to determine whether your requested date can be accommodated.

Can I change my size after ordering?
Contact us as soon as possible. If production has not started, we may be able to make the change. Once production begins, changes may not be possible.

Can I return a made-to-order item?
Made-to-order items are final sale. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, contact us within 3 business days of delivery.

Will my rhinestones look exactly like the product photo?
Each embellished item is individually hand-finished. Minor variations may occur, but we work to maintain the overall design and appearance shown.

How should I care for my bling apparel?
Wash the garment inside out in cold water on a gentle cycle and air dry. Avoid applying direct heat to rhinestones, DTF prints, or embellishments.

Can I request a custom color, size, or design?
